Production Homes– Semi-Custom Plans:
- Created customized drawings for homes where custom changes were made to base plans per Buyer requests including major changes involving redesigning the floorplans with new elevations and roof plan. Interacted with clients to discuss and recognize customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Participated in all phases of design starting with conference calls with Sales Manager and Customer, then in Design, and then in creating full set of construction drawings.
Production Homes – Base Plans:
- Developed new sets of base plans, options, elevations, roof plan and construction drawings for new plans from a sketch.
- Created Model home layouts with sales offices from base plans for new model homes.
Worked on innovative 3 and 4 storied products in Houston where buyer gets to pick each floor from options. Each of these homes are built as address specific jobs.
